vision
A world where emotional wellness is a part of daily life, mental health is embraced without stigma, and families grow stronger across generations.
who Are We
Quiet Thoughts Matter's mission is to cultivate inclusive spaces for children and families to learn emotional wellness and mental health awareness through reflection, expression and connection.
Quiet Thoughts Matter is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming emotional wellness in underserved communities. We create safe, expressive spaces that help people explore their inner thoughts, build coping skills, and feel seen without judgment.
Our programs use art, conversation, and culturally aware practices to break mental health stigmas and promote healing. By focusing on prevention, education, and connection, we support individuals and families in finding peace from within.
Healing begins with being heard. At QTM, every thought matters.
Our Core Values
Belonging
We welcome every person regardless of background or circumstance to desired and supported.
We honor the strength it takes to be open, honest, and transparent. Through shared stories and silent reflections, we create space for people to be their most authentic selves without judgment.
Authenticity
Live In Peace
We believe growth begins with the intention to live in peace not just rest in it. We promote inner calm, emotional well-being, and the courage to seek harmony in the midst of life's noise.
Connection
We value relationships and foster spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
